Small Brick Structure Four

Corner Shoe Repair Shop, College & Crawford Street, Toronto Canada.

As an exercise I studied several small brick structures while I was living in Toronto. Various aspects were observed (measured, documented, researched, drawn) for each structure, then formatted into a 9"x17" editioned silkscreen.

Congratualtions on the Berkeley Prize!
Having been introduced to your lovely blog, I hope you enjoy the Francis Kere lecture (I'm jealous that my Yellowknife workterm is too far away to attend).

Wow! That is really awesome work. You really combine art and architecture in a very pleasing style. The cylindrical building and the drums is my favourite out of these silkscreens. Great work, and thank you for sharing it with us!
