This private residence takes its place in Chicago's Kenwood landmark district, responding to its context without resorting to historic devices. Exterior materials of Roman brick and limestone trim take cues from nearby houses by notable Chicago architects including Frank Lloyd Wright, George Maher and Howard Van Doren Shaw.
